Hi Everyone
I will be taking a few days away from blogging because my heart is very heavy . Today is my 44th birthday but I received the greatest gift, and the biggest loss I could have asked for. After battling lung cancer for four years with grace, dignity, and fight , my incredible mother ( who was 82) died. Never could you meet a more wonderful, giving, loving woman who was completely dedicated to her husband of over 50 years and her 8 children , her business and civic community. She was a tireless worker for the arts community and the greatest teacher I could have ever asked for. I always say that if I could one tenth of the lady that my mother was, I would consider my job done. I've got a long way to go.
Thanks for your prayers for her and for all those she left behind to miss her always
